Apply for participationThis year, all of AI Journey halls will be open for guests with confirmed registration on November 27 and 28 (Business and Science days)
- Fill out the application form, and once you receive a confirmation email, visit the conference on the appointed date.
- You will need your passport (the original), so don't forget to take it with you.
Click on the "Apply for participation" button and fill out all fields of the registration form. It is important to provide as much details as you can – this will raise the chances for approval. You can visit the conference on its second and third days (November 27 and 28); the registration for November 26 is not available. We will review your application and send you a letter of confirmation or rejection. If you receive a confirmation, please follow the instructions in the letter and do not forget to bring your passport (we only accept originals!) when visiting AI Journey.
If your registration is not confirmed, we invite you to watch all presentations of AI Journey at aij.ru – the conference will be broadcasted live during the conference days as usual, it is free and does not require registration.
We do not open the conference for in-person visits of the first day, November 26. You can watch the conference live at aij.ru.
When filling out the application form, mark both dates as desired. If the limit for maximum number of guests is not used in full, you will be able to get approval for both days.
Limited capacity of the venue, not quite specific information provided in the registration form, photo of poor quality, or errors in data (for example, typos in name, passport details, etc.) are the most common reasons for rejection.
The conference will again take place at Sber's headquarters located at 32 Kutuzovsky Avenue (metro station Kutuzovskaya). Note that the conference halls will be in different buildings, please follow the signs. There is no special parking there, you can use the municipal parking.
No, the registration is based strictly on your passport data provided at the application stage. Visitors without a personal registration will not be allowed.
No, you can only access the site upon presentation of your original passport the details of which were specified during registration. A scan copy of the passport, photo of the passport on your phone, a certificate, driver's license and/or an image of the passport from Gosuslugi cannot be used for admission to the conference, and we will have to deny you access.
We invite you to spend the whole day at the conference as something important and interesting happens every minute, but you can arrive and leave any time you like, or leave the venue and return again.
The security has the right to deny access even to registered users without explanation of reasons; however, we urge you not to forget your original passport, arrive at the venue in clean clothes, be sober and positive.
Once your application is reviewed, the decision will be sent to your email address provided during registration.
